Get ready to enjoy lightning-fast delivery! We dispatch all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturdays on the very same day!

 

For our UK customers, Choose Special Delivery for guaranteed next-day service — with Royal Mail Tracked24. 

For our EU customers, we ship out the same day for placed before 4pm on weekdays and 1pm on Saturdays, with a delivery aim of just 5-7 working days. Plus, you’ll receive email and text notifications along the way, complete with tracking details to keep you updated!

Dermis Glow UK Ltd is not liable for any delays in the shipping and delivery of goods, nor for any consequential financial losses resulting from delayed or failed deliveries. Compensation will not be provided for any losses incurred to such delays or failures. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for any issues arising with Royal Mail.

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing item please refrain from discarding the product. Disposing of the item will prevent Dermis glow uk from offering a replacement / refund. For missing products please report the issue within  48-72 hours.

If you find yourself in possession of a product that does not meet your expectations or has not arrived in satisfactory condition, please refrain from discarding it. Disposing of the product will hinder our ability to process your request for a refund or replacement. By retaining the item, you allow us to assess the situation more accurately and take appropriate action.

Criteria for Returns:

Please note that returns can only be processed under specific circumstances. Products will be accepted for return if they fall under one of the following categories:

 

- Defective:If the product has a flaw or is not functional.

- Incorrect: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered.

- Unsuitable for Intended Purpose: If the product fails to serve its intended use due to any fault on our part.

 

Quality Assurance Post-Delivery:

We would also like to clarify that we will not accept returns or issue refunds for products that produce common side effects associated with injections, nor for products that do not yield the anticipated results as per individual expectations.
